SBS Audio offers Australians multicultural and First Nations content in more than 60 languages on your favourite platforms.

SBS provides news and current affairs, entertainment, music, and podcasts, in more than 60 languages, offering content across our linear and digital audio platforms.

Language programs are broadcast on SBS Radio 1, SBS Radio 2, SBS Radio 3, SBS South Asian, and SBS Arabic, while music programs are broadcast on SBS Chill and SBS PopAsia, as well as at specific times on SBS South Asian and SBS Arabic.

SBS Radio 1 will broadcast language services everyday between 7:00AM and 11:00PM, and SBS Radio 2 from 6:00AM to 11:00PM. The BBC World Service* will be broadcast in languages other than English outside these hours.

SBS Radio 3 broadcasts language services Monday to Friday between 11:00AM and 5:00PM. The BBC World Service* in English will be broadcast outside these hours on mornings, evenings and weekends.

*SBS Audio brings you the news as broadcast overseas. It may not reflect SBS standards and may contain distressing material.

SBS South Asian will broadcast language services Monday to Friday between 11:00AM and 6:00PM Monday to Friday, and from 5:00PM to 6:00PM on weekends. South Asian music mix will be broadcast outside these hours on mornings, evenings and weekends.

SBS Arabic broadcasts Good Morning Australia Monday to Friday from 6:00AM to 9:00AM, and then Australia Alyaom Monday to Friday from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. Best of Arabic will be broadcast Saturday and Sunday from 6:00AM to 8:00AM. Arabic music programs will be on outside these hours, including Bayt Al Mazzika Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

You can hear SBS Audio language programs via AM/FM radio, DAB+ radio, Digital TV, streaming on our website and the SBS Audio App. The SBS Audio App can be downloaded via the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.

Selected SBS Audio content is also available wherever audiences consume podcasts and radio streams, including Apple Podcasts, LiSTNR, Spotify and TuneIn. You can also ask your Google, Amazon, or Apple smart speakers to stream SBS Radio channels.

SBS Radio 1 and SBS Radio 2 are broadcast on both the AM and FM frequencies in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle. SBS Radio also broadcasts nationally on either the AM or FM frequencies in other major centres around Australia. View our full list of frequencies .

All SBS Radio channels including SBS Radio 3, SBS Arabic, SBS South Asian, SBS PopAsia, and SBS Chill are digital radio stations. Listeners with a DAB+ digital radio should also be able to receive SBS Radio stations in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Hobart and Brisbane. To find SBS radio stations on a digital radio, simply use your digital radio's back and forward buttons until you see stations labelled 'SBS Radio'.
