Adam Liaw is back in 2017 on SBS! We couldn't be more excited and neither could he...
The globe was spun and Adam was off to the small island nation of Singapore (a.k.a the Asian food mecca).
Only good things can come from Adam Liaw being back on our screens and here's what you can expect from Singapore, come January 12.
1. Stop, collaborate & listen
Expect food genius and get ready to see some of Singapore's finest and funnest. From hawker street stalls to Michelin starred restaurants and everything inbetween, Adam scores a backstage pass to Waku Ghin. You know what that means? That means you get front row seats to his masterclass. In other news, check out the size of those truffles!

2. Family secrets
Think Destination Flavour meets Who Do You Think You Are? as Adam uncovers and shares family recipes, like this that has been doing the rounds in his family for over 30 years, as well as delving deep into his family history and uncovering some startling truths about his grandfather and great-grandfather.

3. He's dishing chicken black... yeah?
From black coffee
To black truffle...
To black chicken? Looks like black is making a comeback... (or perhaps it never left) as Adam dishes up this blue-black chicken with black truffle. It might be slightly left of centre for European or Western cuisines but in Asia it's considered to be quite the gourmet choice. This is one way to salute Singapore in style.
4. Location, location, location
One of the many perks of the job, you'll never know the kinds of guest appearances and star contacts you'll make on set. This series has us expecting the unexpected and I wonder if Adam can keep a straight face with the co-stars monkey-ing around in the background.
5. Singapore on a budget?
Don't worry Adam's got you covered!
$5?
$2?
And spoiler alert (...not really)
For 2017 could Adam also be hinting at a singing and acting career? There really is nothing this man can't do - first Destination Flavour Singapore then who knows what may happen. Yolo!
