Our favourite singing, dancing chef is back - and yes, there's plenty of singing on the beach and dancing in the kitchen happening in the new season of Ainsley's Good Mood Food. Also some deeply delicious food, the kind that you'll enjoy making and sharing. "A good meal can make my heart sing, and soothe my soul," Harriott says. We think watching him laugh and sing has a similar effect.
