Join Adam Liaw at home as he draws on Asian traditions and childhood Christmas memories to create a mouth-watering spread for family and friends. As he prepares for the celebrations, all our SBS Food stars share their Christmas stories and recipes too.

Adam starts off his Christmas spread with a Japanese-inspired canapé of oysters with wakame and ponzu jelly. Then it’s over to the other side of the world to see what Luke Nguyen is cooking up in cold and windy Scotland. Holed up in Black Bull pub on the Isle of Bute, Luke prepares for a roomful of merry Scots. Back in Sydney, Adam gets in the spirit of things with a special Christmas cocktail.
