Not particularly keen on decking the halls this December? Not feeling the holiday spirit?

We get it. The December holiday season can be fa-la-la-la-joyful, but it can also be an expensive, stressful and overwhelming time of year.

If you celebrate Christmas, you have to come up with extra money to buy presents for everyone, your rellies are starting to descend on the house and have set up camp on your couch, and you have no idea how to make a And of course Christmas - Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and other gatherings can have the same effect.

So, if you're feeling rushed and jumbled, here’s a bunch of baked goods from around the world that may soothe your grumbling soul just a little; whether you’re just a big old grinch or you’ve just burnt your third batch of profiteroles.
We’ve already shown you this holiday season, so it’s important that we balance it out with some of the most fantastic gingerbread fails.
Then there are the Pinterest fails; those keen cooks who try their best to make the food look like the photo but don’t quite get there.
And, those who take their status as the grinch very seriously.
Feeling a bit better after all of that? We hope so. And that any celebrations and gatherings you have in the coming weeks turn out to be full of joy. With no baking fails. (And our thanks to all the brave souls who share their disasters publicly, helping to make everyone feel a little better when things go wrong.)
