This colourful creation from Hong Kong company will cost you about $42 HKD ($7 AUD). Each colour gives you a different flavoured cheese: blue for lavender, green for basil and red for tomato, while yellow is a combination of four cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, Emmental and Gruyère). The toast is crispy and the cheese gooey. Obviously it makes for a great photo too.

For a raw take on rainbow creations, founder Sam Murphy created a colourful sushi burger made of vegetable rainbow rice, avocado and tofu. Murphy says in an Instagram post that she was inspired by all the rainbow sushi, wraps, , and she'd seen around lately. She writes that if you want to create your own rainbow rice, you just colour it with tiny amounts of turmeric, beetroot and matcha. The taste barely changes, so she says 'funfetti rice' is great for kids too.
4. Rainbow Fluffë cake
A fluffy cake that is a lot of fun. This rainbow fairy floss cake is a pretty creation from Sydney-based business which makes grown-up fairy floss, including ethereal cakes. Founder Nathan Hunter says the rainbow cake, which is entirely made of fairy floss, is "100 per cent magical". The cakes can be customised with different colour combinations and flavours. Nathan's favourite? A cookies and cream cake, with layers of Oreo crumble and sweet-milk floss.
