Bajada, an Australian chef, food stylist and photographer, who recently moved to Sweden with his family, has combined the food of Denmark, Sweden, Finaland, Iceland and Norway into recipes that speak to the way many of us are looking to eat - lighter, healthier and with an emphasis on vegetables.
