Nothing says party like prawns. We've got your back with these tried-and-true recipes.
Tarator is a rich and velvety Eastern European soup or sauce made of any combination of walnuts, garlic, yoghurt, tahini, and sometimes cucumber, herbs, and vinegar or lemon juice. This dish uses a simple - but creamy - version, and combines spiced fresh prawns and sweet caramelised onion to create multi-layered flavours.
