Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 125 g pineapple chopped
- 1 banana, frozen
- 4 pitted dates
- ¼ cup almonds
- 4 walnuts
- 1 ½ cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
