Ingredients
- 2½ cups mixed nuts
- 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until the nuts are all evenly coated.
- Place the coated nuts into a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes to ensure they are golden all over and crunchy.
