Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2½ cups almond milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
- dash of cinnamon
Topping (optional)
- almond milk
- honey
- fruit
Soaking time: Overnight
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
2. Top with your favourite oatmeal toppings.
