Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 fresh red chillies, sliced
- 400 g raw prawn, shelled and butterflied
- 400 g spaghetti, cooked as per packet instructions
- pinch of sea salt
- fresh chervil, to serve
Instructions
In a pan over medium to high heat, add butter and sauté until it starts to brown, approximately 5 minutes.
Add garlic, lemon juice, sweet chilli sauce, fresh chillies and prawn meat. Sauté for 5-10 minutes, or until prawn is cooked. Add spaghetti and a pinch of salt.
Garnish with fresh chervil.
