Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- ½–1 fresh jalapeño chilli, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
