Ingredients
800g sweet potatoes
200ml hot milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
25g butter
Lemon juice
Instructions
Cook the sweet potatoes in salted water for around 30 minutes. Then peel them, add the milk, syrup and butter and mash until creamy. If necessary add a little more milk.
Season with salt, lemon juice and ground black pepper to taste.
