Tadros Hanna holds his fourth solo art exhibition in Sunshine - Victoria which makes it the twelve exhibition he takes part in during the four year of his settlement in Australia.
Tadros was born in Cairo, and since his childhood he found his passion in drawings and paintings.
In 1994, he graduated from university with a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts (architecture).
Tadros worked for 20 years in design as architect and interior designer in Egypt .
In March 2015, he arrived with his two children to Sydney to move later to Melbourne.
While Living in Melbourne's west, since May 2015, he resumed his practice of painting and working with his local community on a variety of Art projects.
In 2016 he became a Harmony Ambassador at Brimbank city council , where he created a 2017 Harmony Calendar project through an art competition. and art workshops at St Albans primary school (an art project that celebrated and enhanced children's understanding of harmony and community cohesion).
He produced 2 short films, one of which won 1st price at Sunshine Short Film Festival 2016 (in primary school category).
In 2016 starting volunteering at Melbourne Museum and Immigration Museum helping in art workshops and community events.
In 2017. He started facilitating Art workshop at ASRC and created the Hope Art project ,to be a voice for asylum seekers arriving to Australia.
In 2017 ,he started facilitating Art workshop for SCATS at STACC (St Albans Community Center ) he helped in organizing an Art competition and show about Harmony in the community to celebrate the 25th anniversary of SCATS in Australia.
In 2017 he became member of MAFA (Melbourne Artist for Asylum seekers).
Tadros created his decorated piano for Melbourne : 2018 streets pianos project, (Play Me, I am yours), which was displayed at Goldsbrough Lane Melbourne CBD ,then he got the approval of Brimbank city Council to find home for his piano in Alfrieda street at St Albans.
He displayed his art works at 2018 Refugee Alternative Conference in partnership with the University of Melbourne Social Equity Institute and the Refugee council of Australia.
On July 2018 , his art works were on display in Parliament House in Melbourne, as part of an art Exhibition ( My Country colours) with other artists from Iraq ,Syria, Lebanon and Egypt.
Tadros displayed his art works with his daughter Carla art works and other Egyptian artists at (For the Love of Egypt) art Exhibition and event at Joel Gallery at Altona .from 14 till 24 October 2018.
He was selected to exhibit with other artists newly arrived to Australia, at ((Home) art exhibition at Walker Street Gallery & Arts Center at Dandenong till 24 of November 2018 .
Lately, Museums Victoria collective artwork Attaché Case, which you contributed to in 2018, for its permanent collection, and which includes 3 painting of Tadros Hanna art works.
