"We able to raise $2000 nationwide", said Mr Ahmad.

"One of our chapters took the top position in fundraising as well."

They are inspired by the teaching of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (May peace and blessing be upon him) who was reported to have said, cleanliness is half of faith, said Mr Ahmad.

"To engage with the wider Australian community it gives us an opportunity to mix with them, work with them and keep our backyard clean."

In the future, they will try to make sure so that all of them take part in this event.

"Just to make sure every member of our community is taking part in this and making this very strong event in our calendar event."
