Labor has conceded defeat on the Coalition's tax-cut plan, vowing to review stage three of the 158 billion-dollar plan at the next election. This has left the bill on track to pass through the Senate and into law.

The Morrison Government is on track to pass their tax-cut package in full,  with Labor having conceded defeat.

The move comes as the Coalition secured the support of the Senate crossbench, with the Centre Alliance Senator Corey Bernardi and Tasmanian Senator Jacqui Lambie confirming they will vote for the three-stage plan unamended.

Jacqui Lambie granted her support in exchange for a promise to help Tasmania's multi-million dollar social housing debt.
