Mr Huq told SBS Bangla,

“If someone wants to come here in Australia for further study he or she can come and choose whatever subject he or she likes. But, if someone wants to come here for study and then want to get permanent residency here he or she should choose the subject carefully.”

“After completing your study here you may get temporary residency visa for a year. If you work in the same field that you studied that is fine. If you work in a different field or do odd jobs, then that will affect your permanent residency application.”
