The Origin Cricket Cup is a T20 cricket tournament, which aspires to unite the diverse multicultural Australian communities through a true blue Australian sport, cricket.
Teams from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka origin competed in the tournament.
It was an outstanding showcase of community cricket featuring some of the aspiring players with ethnic backgrounds.
Origin Cricket Tournament 2017 champion Stars XI received the trophy from Waqar Younis, who was the chief guest at the gala night held in Wentworthville on 11 May 2018.
