去年平安夜Opal Tower开裂、业主撤离,这套位于十楼的公寓可能是这批392套公寓中受影响最严重的一套,此次成交价为95万澳元,较业主2014年74.2万澳元的买入价高出了15.8万澳元。
购买这套公寓的是这栋塔楼的建筑商Icon Co,但该公司的律师拒绝评论“接盘”这套公寓的原因。

虽未得到Icon Co的证实,但买入的原因可能是因为建筑师需要持续进入该公寓,且最终需要大幅度重新调整公寓格局。
这套两居室此前的周租为600澳元。
