「騷靈歌后」胰臟癌病逝享年76歲

「騷靈歌后」弗蘭克林縱橫樂壇 60 多年，期間賣出超過 7,500 萬張唱片、先後 18 次獲得格林美獎。

有「騷靈歌后」之稱的美國著名歌手弗蘭克林（Aretha Franklin），因胰臟癌病重在當地時間星期四早上，於密歇根州底特律（Detroit, Michigan）家中逝世，終年 76 歲。

弗蘭克林音樂生涯橫跨 60 多年，期間賣出超過 7,500 萬張唱片、先後 18 次獲得格林美獎（Grammy Awards），其中 17 首樂曲獲得流行榜首十名位置，包括《(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman》（1968）及《Respect》（1967）。

她在 1987 年成為首位入選搖滾名人堂（Rock and Roll Hall of Fame）的女歌手，曾經在克林頓及奧巴馬的總統就職禮上獻唱。

弗蘭克林家人發表聲明，指弗蘭克林在星期四（8 月 16 日）早上 9 時 50 分離世，家人及至親陪同在側。

家人形容，失去弗蘭克林是他們生命中最黑暗的時刻，表示難以形容內心的痛苦。

聲明指：「我們已失去我們家族的一家之主及『磐石』。她對孩子、孫兒女、侄子女等，都充滿無限的愛護。」

家人在聲明中感謝世界各地的歌迷近日向弗蘭克林送上的「難以置信的慰問」。

聲明指：「我們感受到你們對 Aretha 的熱愛。知道她得以流芳百世，我們感到安慰。」

多名美國樂迷接受訪問時，都對弗蘭克林表達致敬。

其中一名歌迷說：「對於失去弗蘭克林，非常難過。她將永遠在我的心內。」

另一名歌迷則表示，弗蘭克林的演出是獨一無二的。他說，有聽過弗蘭克林的歌曲便可以感受到當中的靈魂。

弗蘭克林在其 60 年的樂壇生涯中，曾激勵多人成為歌手，包括 Mariah Carey、Whitney Houston（已故）、Alicia Keys、Beyonce、Mary J. Blige、Amy Winehouse（已故）等。
