Why are we doing it?
According to the , an estimated 8.5 million Australians have experienced a mental illness at some time in their life (43 per cent of the population).
Further, 4.3 million had experienced a mental illness in the previous 12 months (22 per cent of the population).
Now, more than ever, it is important to take stock of our broader wellbeing, and avenues to take as individuals and as communities.
