- Western Australia has opened its borders to interstate and international travellers. 22 domestic and 5 international flights are expected today at Perth airport with over 5,000 passengers.

COVID-19 Australian Stats
New South Wales reported 1,035 patients hospitalised with 43 in intensive care. There were 9 deaths, and 11,338 new cases of COVID-19.
In Victoria, 262 people are in hospital with 33 in ICU and 5 on ventilators. There were 23 deaths and 7,093 new infections.
Tasmania has recorded no deaths with 1,117 new COVID-19 cases. 12 people are in hospital with COVID-19, 3 of them requiring intensive care.
In Queensland, there were 6,479 new COVID-19 cases and 6 deaths. 315 people are hospitalised with COVID-19, with 26 patients in ICU.
In Western Australia there were 2,423 new cases of COVID-19 with 22 people currently in hospital. One person died with COVID-19.
In the ACT 39 people are now in hospital with COVID-19, 2 of them requiring intensive care, with 690 new infections reported.
In South Australia 104 people are currently in hospital with COVID-19 and 9 of them are in ICU, one is ventilated. There were 5 deaths and 2,307 new cases.
In the Northern Territory there were 559 new cases of COVID-19 and 3 deaths. 48 people are now in hospital with 2 patients in ICU.
