France is visiting Sydney's Shangri-La Hotel from 11 October to 1 November for "Bonaparte Dinner".

A menu steeped in history and concocted by Christophe Moret, two Michelin stars and celebrity chef at the restaurant L'Abeille of the Paris Shangri-La.

Paying homage to the fashions and heritage of the era, dishes will be served à la française and include Shellfish Bisque with Foie Gras, Cape Grim Filet de Boeuf with Green Peas and Saint Honoré with Wild Berries.
