Christophe Grégoire is the chef of the restaurant "le Bon", near Canberra but also the president of the Escoffier Disciples Foundation in Australia. The methods and recipes of Auguste Escoffier, nicknamed the "king of cooks", have largely contributed to make France THE country of gastronomy.
