The theremin is an instrument like no other, because it creates sounds without you touching it. The German Carolina Eyck is considered the superstar of this first electronic musical instrument. She is currently on tour in Australia with the Australian Chamber Orchestra. In conversation, she explains why she started palying the theremin at the age of seven and what fascinates her so much about it.
