Young people in unrest regarding lockdown measures, COVID-19 message not delivered, say local authorities

Victoria approaches the end of the current lockdown period and the Victorian government is preparing for easy restrictions. Although people are getting nervous and believe that the COVID-19 lockdown and restrictions are necessary, some young men have a different opinion which is creating frustration in the local authorities.
