The 25th of April is ANZAC Day. Australia, like most countries in the British empire, offered up troops to help Britain when the first World War broke out in 1914. Around 30000 serving Australians from different heritage, including Indian landed on the Gallipoli Peninsula on 25 April 1915, fought in conflict which costed a huge casualties.
