Makassar cuisine: 'Coto' in the daytime, 'Mie Kering' for the evening

Many might write 'Coto Makassar' down on their must-try list when they visit Sulawesi Island in Indonesia. But for local, coto is a daytime food. They have another preference to be enjoyed in the evening.

SBS Indonesian met Tiza Fitrizia at the 'Bazar Indonesia 2018' took place in Marrickville on last August. She shared her knowledge on the matter.
