Why are civil and military relations difficult to harmonize in Papua? Why the conflict never stops.


Papua experienced a number of events that confronted civil society and the military in recent weeks.

There was a shooting in Nduga City, a refusal to build a military headquarters in Tambraw and last month there was a violent action by the police which caused a farmer to die in Boven Digul.
