Angie Wiranata has the opportunity to live abroad. But driven by her love of cooking and science, she returned to Indonesia and mixed spices to be introduced to the international market.


The top eight of Masterchef Indonesia Season 10, Angie Wiranata, spent five years studying food science and technology at Ohio State University.

Despite having the opportunity to live and develop a network abroad, Angie - who was only 15 years old when started studying in America - chose to return home to Indonesia after her graduation.
I love food and I know for sure that in the future I want to return to Indonesia to develop Indonesia

Now, together with her team at D'Pesisir, Angie is developing a business, mixing various Indonesian cooking spices for local consumption in Indonesia and also the world.
