Transcendental meditation is a technique developed in India, but now practiced all over the world, therefore naturally also in Italy and Australia.

Our guest, Corinna Galliano, has lived in Sydney for seven years and is originally from Piedmont. After having passed a period that she herself defined as challenging to adapt to life in Australia and marked by difficult personal events, she decided to deepen her knowledge of Vedic meditation, so much so that she studied it diligently, until she became a teacher herself.

Corinna is a researcher and university teacher in management and innovation, with the mission to integrate the ancient teachings of Vedic meditation with the latest scientific research to successfully navigate constant change.
