He has just published a book entitled "The Path To Longevity - How to reach 100 with the health and stamina of a 40-year-old", which explains step by step how the right diet and a healthy lifestyle are at the basis of our health. In this period of quarantine, Professor Fontana will accompany us on a journey dedicated to longevity and its close relationship with nutrition.
