"I wanted to record my experiences," Neo Sora talks about his film 'HAPPYEND'

HAPPYEND, the first feature film directed by Sora Neo, has been nominated for Best Film and Best Screenplay at the 17th Asia-Pacific Film Awards (APSA).

Although it narrowly missed out on the APSA awards at the Gold Coast ceremony on 30 November, HAPPYEND has made its presence felt globally. Mr Sora also wrote the screenplay.

Mr Sora has been known for his film ‘Ryuichi Sakamoto | Opus’, which documented the last concert of his father, musician Ryuichi Sakamoto, who died last year.
