On the 26 October, Radio SBS, Lao program had a pleasure to have a chat with Mr. Houmphanh Vongphachan Deputy Director general of the Department of Energy management, Ministry of Energy and Mines from Laos who came to Sydney on a study/seminar tour on Energy market regulation and other aspects of energy such as Renewable and clean electricity.
