Coeliac Awareness Week 2021 - spreading awareness about this serious genetic autoimmune disease

This year, Coeliac Australia aims to raise awareness about coeliac disease and Australia's relatively low diagnosis rate. It's estimated that about 80% of people with coeliac disease don't know they have it, and that an early diagnosis can reduce the potential for long term health complications.
