Dr.Dimitar Sajkov - AI used to design more effective flu vaccine

Associate Professor at the University of Flinders SA, Dr Dimitar Sajkov, says he's part of a team of researchers who have demonstrated that more can be done to improve the effectiveness of the flu vaccine with the help of AI and substances known as adjuvants. The research team led by Dr Nikolai Petrovsky, Flinders University Professor and Director of local company Vaxine Pty Ltd, is about to test the more effective seasonal flu vaccine in clinical trials in the US. In an interview for SBS Macedonian, Dr. Sajkov says it's far better to get the vaccine than not, as it offers the best form of protection against more serious flu strains.
