Flower vendors in Kathmandu have reported a surge in demand for red roses this Valentine’s Day. With local production falling short, many say they have resorted to importing flowers from abroad. Floriculture Association Nepal's General Secretary Hira Mani Sharma spoke to SBS Nepali about the growing demand and its impact on the industry.
