Chief Secretary Baikuntha Aryal has been suspended following the filing of a corruption case against him by the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA). The Home Ministry has been ordered to respond to questions raised in Parliament regarding the rape of a teenage girl living in a menstrual shed in Achham district.
