Special citizenship ceremony in Melbourne sees 40 including Nepalis become new Australians together with Bhutanese and Burmese refugees

Himalayan Youth Foundation, together with the Department of Immigration, organised a special citizenship ceremony in Melbourne on 18th December where 40 individuals from Nepal, Bhutan and Burma became the newest Australian. The first of a kind citizenship ceremony to be hosted by a community organisation in Victoria was conducted to mark Bhutan's 112th national day.
