'We might be the last generation to make Chaku!': Will this century-old family tradition come to an end?

'Chaku' is a popular sweet (made from hardened molasses) consumed in Nepal, especially during Maghe Sankranti and the winter season. Patan-based Jilendra Joshi says his family has been making Chaku for three generations, but he fears the tradition may not continue with the younger generation. Joshi spoke to SBS Nepali about the business trends and market challenges.
