Binod Dhungana is competing in the Melbourne event of the World Food Championships, where he will be competing in the seafood and barbecue categories with Nepali fusion food.
Mr Dhungana, 35, says although the spices used in Indian foods are similar to what is used in Nepali cuisine, these two have different gastronomies.Mr Dhungana was the champion winner of the chicken category in the Sydney competition.

From the Melbourne event, he will have the opportunity to be one of six winners to get a golden ticket entry to compete in the world titles in Dallas, Texas.
