Many of the Afghan shemales have migrated from Afghanistan and lived there.
The Pakistani government recently gave some freedom to the shemales in Pakistan and also gave them the right to get national identity cards, passports, and voting rights, but shemales from other countries living in Pakistan do not have such a luxury and claim that the get abuse by the society.
This time we interviewed Afghan shemales living in Pakistan and asked them why they do not want to return to Afghanistan and how their lives are in Pakistan. Islam Gul Afridi has the full report.
