Sayed Akbar Agha: The next peace talk will bring positive results

Some former Taliban leaders seem optimistic on the ongoing peace talk and say the next round may bring positive results. One of Taliban’s former commander Sayed Akbar Agha believes there is ease in both Taliban and US positions.
