Australia is ready to take on hosts India in their one month-long limited-overs cricket campaign.

Australia’s series of five ODIs and three T20 Internationals against India is a schedule that will be largely replicated in the UK next June when Australia take on England.

The first ODI match is scheduled for Sunday, September 17 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk, Chennai. The match starts at 6pm AEST.

Meanwhile, Former Australia captain Michael Clarke have reached India to provide coverage for this cricket series. He will be sharing his opinions on VIKTRE, which is a content publishing platform.

Clarke was fitted with a new turban for the occasion  during an Indian TV interview.

"Thanks again India for making me feel so welcome. I am honoured you fitted me with my very own Turban today," said Clarke.
"He looks very smart and one of our own in this Sikh turban," said Manu Sparatan Singh who is a passionate cricket fan and a brand ambassador for India -Australia cricket relations.

Australia’s last tour to India came in March, with a four-Test series, which they lost 2-1 in a fierce competition.

Australian team is likely to play better cricket as the pitches provided for this tour are expected to be flat, enabling plenty of runs to be scored.

The Indian side is in fine form after their crushing series win against Sri Lanka 4-1.
