Dasha Timbush is a technology entrepreneur, film producer and founder of Los Angeles-based CastingForm, the world's leading technology for finding and booking actors worldwide. Before creating CastingForm, Dasha successfully managed global talent. CastingForm's clients include such film giants as Universal, HBO, Netflix, AppleTV+, Amazon, Paramount, Gaumont, as well as actors from 124 countries.
CastingForm's successful cases include actors nominated for an Emmy Award and officially selected for the Venice Film Festival. In May 2024, Sean Baker's film Anora, awarded the Palme d'Or, included Dasha Timbush in the special thanks section. With almost 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Dasha studied at Stanford GSB, Florida International University and Miami Ad School, received a master's degree in space and cyber psychology and is certified as a coach in the process communication model.
She was awarded the Her Courage Award in the category of innovation and technology.
Dasha gives lectures in the continuing education program at Stanford University and regularly takes part as a speaker at the world's leading industry events, such as the Cannes Film Festival, SXSW, NFT.London, Sharing Economy Global Summit, the international event International Project Management Association, Global Online Marketplaces Summit , technology weeks in New York and Los Angeles, as well as at the International Economic Forum.
