Drivers who use medicinal cannabis in Victoria will no longer be subject to automatic licence bans under a new law coming into effect in the state. From the first of March, such motorists will have the opportunity to argue in court that they weren't impaired while driving. Listen to the SBS Sinhala explainer for more information.
