Siva Sivaraj (above right) ran to the chaotic crash scene at the Pyramid Video and Spice shop on Hornsey Road in Homebush West about 5pm and found a woman pinned between the van and the grocery shelves. He reveals her plea as they waited desperately for an ambulance.
