June 21 was declared as the International Day of Yoga by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 2014. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated over 6,000 years ago in India. Yoga aims to integrate the body and the mind. Prisha Karthikeyan started to practice Yoga before she could walk. Now, she holds 41 World Records in Yoga and swimming. Not just her, but one of her students (who was born with vision impairment), Ganesh Kumar has also broken a World Record.
