Premier Dominic Perrottet says returning Australians and tourists won't have to isolate upon arrival in the state if they are fully vaccinated and test negative for the virus on departure and arrival.

The New South Wales Premier says anyone, from any country, can fly into the state from November 1, so long as they are vaccinated.
